Dr. Lafornara is a Clinical Instructor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Repoductive Biology for Harvard Medical School.

She is on staff at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Her Bachelor of Science degree was in Biological Sciences from Cornell University. She has a Master's in Immunology from Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY.
