Brenda Baker, M.D., Ph.D.

Biography
Dr. Baker is a Clinical Instructor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Repoductive Biology for Harvard Medical School.

She is on staff at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Baker is one of the founding members of Boston Obstetrics and Gynecology.

She earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, San Francisco in 1993. Her Bachelor of Science degree was in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois.

Dr. Baker lived in Lahore Pakistan, Baltimore Maryland, Champaign Illinois, and Berkeley California, before moving to Boston.

Internship/Residency
Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 2002.

Medical School
Medical degree from Tufts University in 1998.

American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Special Interests
Dr. Baker is interested in providing excellent Obstetric and Gynecologic care for her patients. She also specializes in pregnancy, colposcopy and the treatment of abnormal pap smears, contraceptive management, and laparascopic surgery.
